Qu'est-ce qui vous inspire?

As I wake up every morning I am inspired by my vision and the opportunity to wake up and make a difference in someone's life. My goals motivate me to take that shower in morning and go out there and be the change that I want to see in the world. As I see other people pursue their worthwhile goals I get inspired to pursue mine till they cry for mercy.

Parlez-nous d'un sujet qui vous tient particulièrement à cœur. Comment en avez vous pris conscience et comment avez-vous été amené(e) à vous engager?

I have two issues one is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. I got involved and aware of this issue when I was about 10 years old when I got born again and I have seen the need to spread the word to as many people as I can. The other issues is about Pan Africanism which I got exposed to issue in 1997 when I started to study history at high school and since then I became an admirer of the likes of Nkrumah, Lumumba, Mugabe, Kaunda Castrol (though not African) etc. And this has led me to be more involved in the politics of my country and a believer in participatory democracy.

Partagez vos perspectives sur ce qui fait un bon leader.

A leader is a servant. A good leader is one who is driven by the desire to serve the people. Servanthood leadership is what I think makes a good leader. A person who sacrifices for others, who puts interest of others before his own can be a good leader. A good leader also mentors and grooms others to come after him. He is secure and does not feel threatened by those coming after him. A good leader inspires others.

Croyez-vous que TakingItGlobal peut vous aider à réaliser certains de vos objectifs? TIG vous a-t-il déjà aidé à le faire? Veuillez expliquer comment.

I came to be involved with TIG for networking purposes, sharing experiences and learning about other cultures and I must say I have not been disappointed. TIG has helped me attain those goals and meet people of different backgrounds, cultures etc and this has taught me tolerance and acceptance. So I believe TIG can help you achieve some of one's goals. TIG exposes you to many resources to chose from and this will help in whatever one is doing.
